Located south of Lincoln, England, and around one mile west of the settlement of Boothby Graffoe, Somerton Castle is part of Lincolnshire. The location lies between the Lincoln Edge and the Witham River on low-lying land. Somerton Castle is located in the Manor of Waddington, which is sometimes referred to as the Manor of Somerton Castle, even though it is in the parish of Boothby Graffoe.
